Advisory Board

The CLS Advisory Board consists of Manufacturer and Distributor Executives from our client base. The objectives of the Advisory Board are to generate strategic ideas that can improve the overall reverse logistics industry.

Focus Group Meetings

The CLS Focus Group brings together key program owners to discuss specific industry issues that are impacting reverse logistics.  The objective is to develop actionable, tactical solutions to the industry challenges.

Users' Group

The CLS Users' Group is a combination of training and product development for web-based information applications. The objective is to gain feedback from the day-to-day users' of the data tools.  

CLS University

The CLS University draws on the client diversity and extensive expertise to provide education and training in many key areas related to reverse logistics and CLS web-based information management applications.The sessions include returns management topics such as supply chain analysis, recalls, policy development and destruction.
