CLS Acquires MedTurn

(Winston-Salem, NC – July 7, 2003)  Carolina Logistics Services (CLS), a leading provider of returned goods management and reverse logistics solutions, expands their industry reach and unsaleables management expertise through the acquisition of Med-Turn, Inc.  The acquisition, scheduled for a late July closing, involves the sale of all of Med-Turn's pharmaceutical returned goods management operations.
