CLS Announces Acquisition of USI's Consumer Products Division
WINSTON-SALEM, NC --October 3, 2005-- Carolina Logistics Services, Inc. (CLS), a leading third-party logistics provider specializing in returns goods management, announced today that they have acquired the Consumer Products Division of the former Universal Solutions International, Inc. (USI), the leading provider of reverse logistics and supply chain analysis services to manufacturers and distributors. CLS has established a wholly owned subsidiary called Carolina Supply Chain Services, LLC to continue the same services currently provided today by USI's Consumer Products Division.

The assets acquired include additional reverse logistics facilities, a nationally recognized field services team, a supply chain-consulting group, and innovative information technology tools. This asset portfolio provides complementary services to CLS' large network of returns centers.
