Tuition Reimbursement
CLS encourages its associates to take advantage of the company's tuition reimbursement program to pursue undergraduate or graduate degrees that relate directly to their chosen career path. After one year of continuous employment at CLS, eligible associates will receive reimbursement for 100% of tuition and books for qualified courses (with a payback provision if the employee doesn’t continue employment for two years following completion of a course)
