Paid Time Off (PTO)
Associates are provided with a bank of days or hours each year to spend as they please, whether for vacation, brief illness, or personal business. The amount of PTO associates earn each year depends on employment status and years of service, with increases at 5 and 10 years of employment.
Holidays
CLS recognizes 7 holidays each year for which the corporate offices are closed. Associates also receive 2 floating holidays to be taken at the associate's discretion.
Paternity Leave
Fathers may take an additional 5 days off with pay for the birth of a child.
Adoption Leave
Associates may take an additional 5 days off with pay for the adoption of a child.
Bereavement Leave
Associates may take up to an additional 3 days off with pay in the event of the loss of a close family member.
Alternative Work Arrangements
Compressed workweeks, reduced work schedules, job sharing and telecommuting may be available based on individual business and client requirements.
Flexible Benefit Plan
Associates can use pre-tax dollars to pay for dependent care expenses, health insurance premiums and uninsured medical expenses.
Employee Assistance Program
EAP offers associates and their families confidential, one-on-one, short-term assistance in counseling and mental health needs at no cost.
Work-Family Resource Center
The Center provides associates with referral and resource services to assist with choosing child care providers and schools.
Elder Care Choices
Like many working adults, you may need to provide care for an elderly relative or other older adult, now or in the future. Associates can use this unique service, at no charge, to help them find the resources they need to care for an elderly adult living anywhere in the United States.
